In this blog post, I want to highlight some of their other benefits. One thing I love about essential oils, is their versatility. So this is going to be fun highlighting just that 😉

Not only can Cedarwood help with calming and relaxation, it can also help:

  • improve skin imperfections and keep skin looking healthy,

  • with bugs,

  • during yoga,

  • minimize dandruff,

  • lower water retention,

  • protect against brain injury after stroke,

  • alleviate congestion, coughs and sinusitis

Cedarwood Essential Oil can only be used topically and aromatically.

*If you are pregnant or nursing, please be cautious. For more information reach out to me in the comments with your email address.

Not only can Eucalyptus help with removing congestion, it can also help:

  • clear your mind,

  • with breathing,

  • alleviate asthma, bronchitis, coughs, pneumonia, flu, congestion and any other respiratory viruses,

  • low and high blood pressure,

  • alleviate symptoms of neuralgia, overexercised muscles, or any other pain,

  • intestinal issues, such as dysentery, and

  • other things

Eucalyptus Essential Oil can only be used topically and aromatically.

There are many blends you can make and many ways you can use these essential oils.

One way that I love using them, is by placing 2-3 drops of each in my diffuser.

*There are many kinds of diffusers out there, cheap all the way to expensive. I currently own a Viva Naturals diffuser, and am in love with it!

Second way they can be used is by applying 1-2 drops with a mix of Fractionated Coconut Oil on the area of concern. The fractionated coconut oil makes it to where you can spread it evenly, and not develop a burning sensation in the area applied. It also lessens the effects if you have sensitive skin or minimize allergic reactions.

Third way you can use them is by inhaling them straight from the bottle. By taking a few deep breaths, you can enjoy the amazing benefits from the oils without losing a drop.

To help you further, there is a detailed .pdf available to you in the Freebies section.

I loved sharing some information about Cedarwood and Eucalyptus, two of my most favorite essential oils. You could comment down below and share what are your favorite essentials. If you are interested in learning more, I have a 1 on 1 service where I further explain essential oils and their uses. It is a great way to ask all of the questions you may have had about them.
